Down 6 and the 30 day shred Day 2.

Well I'm down a total of 6 lbs. I started the 30 day shred yesterday. It's a workout video by Jillian Michaels. It was a really great workout and it only takes 25 minutes. But Boy is it a workout. It's fairly easy to start with level one but you feel it for sure. My legs and arms and shoulders are sore today. But I think I'm going to take it down to Josh's room today. Cause a fat girl doing jumping jacks and all that in the upstairs livingroom is asking for trouble. But I'm still planning to do it again.
